Hello friends,

I just want to say an absolutely massive thankyou to everyone that has sent me a message to pass on from the plinth! It's been fantastic to get these messages with such varied content from all over the place and I've loved receiving them and hearing from you all.

I just thought I'd take this moment (as I'm packing to head to London) to pass on a few links to you all:

"Hey Rach, I would just like to raise the awareness of a rare disease which has threatened the life of my Mother.
She suffers from Forestier's Disease which is a form of arthritis which causes ligaments in the spine to turn to bone. After 2 operations, my mother is now paralysed and lives her life in a hospital bed at home.

I would just like to get more people aware of this disease and if they want to hear more about my mum's journey over the past couple of years, they can look at:
